Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the contractual relationship between:

• Rankerfox (the "Provider"), publisher of the rankerfox.fr website
• The User, any natural or legal person subscribing to a plan

The Service refers to the Rankerfox platform providing access to premium SEO tools (Semrush, Ahrefs, Majestic, and AI tools) through a single subscription.

Registration and use of the Service implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Service by the User.

2.1 Registration Requirements

To use the Service, Users must create an account with accurate and up-to-date information. Users must be of legal age and have legal capacity to contract.

2.2 Login Credentials

Users are solely responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any use of the account is presumed to be made by the account holder. In case of suspected fraudulent use, Users must immediately notify Rankerfox.

2.3 Information Accuracy

Users agree to keep their information up to date. Inaccurate information may result in account suspension or termination.

3.1 Subscription Plans

Rankerfox offers several subscription plans:

• Trial: EUR 1 for 7 days of access
• Standard: EUR 9.99/month or EUR 99.99/year
• Premium: EUR 14.99/month or EUR 149.99/year (includes AI tools)

Prices are in euros including taxes. Rankerfox reserves the right to modify pricing. Any changes will be communicated 30 days before taking effect.

3.2 Promotional Codes

Promotional codes (such as WELCOME2026) are subject to specific conditions. They are not stackable and generally apply to the first payment only.

3.3 Payment

Payment is processed via credit card or PayPal through our provider Stripe. Subscriptions become active immediately upon payment validation.

4.1 Rights Granted

The subscription grants Users a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to access the SEO tools included in their plan.

4.2 Prohibited Uses

Users agree not to:

• Share credentials with third parties
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service
• Use bots, scrapers, or excessive automated means
• Attempt to bypass technical limitations
• Use the Service for illegal purposes

4.3 Usage Quotas

Each plan includes daily request quotas. In case of repeated overuse, Rankerfox may offer an upgrade or temporarily limit access.

4.4 Availability

Rankerfox strives to maintain Service availability 24/7. Maintenance interruptions may occur. Users will be notified when possible.

5.1 Automatic Renewal

Monthly and annual subscriptions are automatically renewed at expiration unless canceled by the User. A reminder email is sent before each renewal.

5.2 Plan Changes

Users can upgrade to a higher plan at any time. The price difference is calculated pro rata. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period.

6.1 Termination by User

Users can cancel their subscription at any time from their account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided.

6.2 Termination by Rankerfox

Rankerfox may suspend or terminate an account in case of:

• Non-payment after reminders
• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or abusive use

Users will be notified by email. In case of termination for fault, no refund will be provided.

6.3 Consequences of Termination

Upon termination, access to tools is immediately revoked. User data (projects, analyses) is retained for 30 days then deleted.

7.1 Refund Conditions

A refund can be requested if the Service is not working properly. The request must be made within two business days after payment. See our refund policy.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

Rankerfox commits to providing the Service with due diligence. However, Rankerfox's liability is limited to the amount paid by the User during the last 12 months.

Rankerfox cannot be held liable for indirect damages, data loss, revenue loss, or business interruptions.

7.3 Third-Party Data

Data comes from Semrush, Ahrefs, and Majestic. Rankerfox does not guarantee absolute accuracy of this data and cannot be held responsible for decisions made based on it.

Users retain ownership of their data (keyword lists, projects, generated content). The interface, code, and features of Rankerfox remain the exclusive property of the Provider.

The trademarks Semrush, Ahrefs, Majestic are the property of their respective owners. Rankerfox uses them under legal commercial agreements.

Personal data processing is detailed in our privacy policy. Rankerfox commits to complying with GDPR and applicable data protection laws.

These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, parties agree to seek an amicable solution before any legal action.

In accordance with consumer protection laws, Users may use a consumer mediator. Failing amicable resolution, French courts shall have jurisdiction.
